A calm woman's face in profile, eyes closed, with a crown of large veined leaves spreading around her head like rays. One half of the head disappears into deep shadow, which makes the light side of the face stand out against the leaves.

The drawing starts with a loose sketch in orange pencil. Then the face and the leaf halo are inked with a purple erasable pen, the shadow side is filled in with a black pencil, the leaves get darker outlines, and the last minutes add soft red and pink colored pencil to the lips, cheeks and leaves.
