Drawing a Valentine's heart padlock with chains and old keys in my sketchbook, using graphite pencil – from the first heart outline to the final shading. No talking, just the drawing process with calm music.
A heart-shaped padlock hangs from one giant old key, wrapped in chains, with two small antique keys dangling below it. The keyhole is decorated with tiny ornaments and the metal looks worn and scratched – a romantic but slightly mysterious Valentine's Day drawing.
Everything is drawn in a hardbound Canson sketchbook with an HB graphite pencil and a 0.7 mm mechanical pencil, softened with blending stumps and a kneaded eraser. The video follows the drawing in real time, from the first heart outline to the final shading.
There is no voice-over, only the drawing process and calm music. There is also a short version of this drawing.
