Rita Berman Coloring Book Color Along: Little Mice in Autumn — Marah Maitale Art

This page comes from Mein Spaziergang durch die Jahreszeiten: Ausmalen und durchatmen (My Walk Through the Seasons: color and breathe), a German coloring book for adults by Rita Berman. It shows a cozy autumn wreath: six little mice hiding, climbing and sitting between purple flowers, round berries on thin stems, ears of wheat and leaves, with a yellow butterfly resting in the grass below.

Everything is colored with Bruynzeel Expression colored pencils. The flowers, berries and wheat ears go from soft lilac to deep purple and pink, the leaves and the butterfly get warm yellows and olive greens, and the mice are soft grey and pink, with rosy ears and cheeks. At the end a golden-yellow background ties the whole page together and makes it feel like late afternoon in autumn.

The video is sped up, so you can watch the whole page come to life in under thirteen minutes. There is no voice-over, only calm music, so you can color along at your own pace or simply relax and watch. The pencil codes are listed in the video description on YouTube.
