Zombie drawing in pencil in my sketchbook: a creepy undead man with wild hair, a wrinkled forehead, hollow staring eyes and a skull-like grin full of teeth, in a shirt and jacket. Graphite and mechanical pencil only, black and white. Sped up, calm music, no talking.

A zombie for Halloween, straight from my imagination: a gaunt undead man with wild, messy hair, a deeply wrinkled forehead and big hollow eyes that stare right at you. The skin around his cheeks has fallen away into a skull-like grin full of teeth, and he still wears his shirt with a wide collar and an old jacket.
Everything is drawn in black and white in an A5 sketchbook with cream paper, using Koh-I-Noor Toison d'Or graphite pencils for the soft shadows and a 0.5 mm mechanical pencil for the fine wrinkles, the hair and the details around the eyes. A kneaded eraser brings back the light on the forehead and the teeth.
The video is sped up, so the whole drawing takes about seven minutes to watch, with calm music and no talking. There is also a 49-second Short of the same zombie, and a week earlier a little witch with pumpkins and bats in the same graphite style. More spooky art: the Halloween drawings.
