Christmas Snow Spirit Drawing on Black Paper
Drawing a little Christmas snow spirit looking up at a glowing ornament, surrounded by snowflakes and snowy pine trees, in white and pastel colored pencil on black paper in my Sakura sketchbook. No talking, just the drawing process with calm music.
A small snow spirit with a round, snowman-like body tilts its head back and looks up, eyes closed, at a glowing Christmas ornament. Snowflakes and stars drift down around it, little pine trees stand in the snow and a Merry Christmas greeting with holly sits beside it.
Everything is drawn on the black pages of a Sakura hardbound sketchbook with white and pale blue Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils, Derwent Chinese White, a white pastel pencil and a white Sakura Gelly Roll pen for the brightest highlights. Black paper makes every white line look like it glows.
There is no voice-over, only the drawing process and calm music. More festive drawings are in the Christmas & New Year drawings.
