Polychromos Fairy Coloring: Live Colored Pencil Session, Part 1
Live coloring session, part 1: coloring a fairy with pink wings and a lilac dress from my sketchbook with Faber-Castell Polychromos colored pencils – the first layers on the blue sky, golden hair and lilac dress. Calm music, no talking.
This is the first of three live sessions in which I color one of my own sketchbook drawings: a fairy with big wings, golden curls and a lilac ruffled dress, sitting on a wooden bench. Everything is colored with Faber-Castell Polychromos, an oil-based colored pencil that layers well and keeps fine details sharp.
In this part the page gets its first layers: a soft blue sky behind the fairy, yellow for the curls and the first lilac and violet tones in the dress. There is no voice-over, only calm music, so you can color along at your own pace or simply relax and watch.
